Message	Working here at MMBS has been an integral part of my professional and even perssional and even personal life. As and ESL instructor, My teaching skills and strategies have been challenged by the different personalities of students. This enable me to come up with various teaching approaches applicable and suited for each class may it be man to man or group study: moreover, I learned how to be versatile since the school requires its teachers to be teaching not only one aspect of learning the language but all other competencies namely: listning , speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronounciation. In addition, MMBS has been a great channel for teachers to be trained on how to be as flexible as possible by being given the opportunity to handle students with different ages and different levels of English ability not to mention the different books that are equally challengeing to teach. I do believe that this experience has truly prepared us the teachers to be confident enough in facing clienteles with different backgrounds. consequently, teachers have got more teaching techniques which make students stay and enjoying study. as the result of students getting more motivated and eager to learn, teachers are getting more inspired to innovate and improve their skills

Message	I 've been teaching in MMBS for almost a year now and I can say that John Maxwell said is true. According to him "people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care" Some thing is true with teaching English Foreigne students have intellectual needs but since they are milles away from their countries and familes, they also need some emotional support in their studies. It's the genuine concern of a teacher to her student. I've learned that for an English language teacher to become an effecitve eduator, knowledge and skills are not enough, but he musht have a heart of passion and compassion.
