I use the simplest of words to be able to communicate with them. I use the Inductive/Deductive method of teaching, upon careful consideration of the actual need of each student. Moreover, I use everyday survival English which I believe is very practical. If my students find certain words or topics difficult, I communicate with them in Korean to bridge the gap and break the barriers that keep my students from learning the language effectively. Usually, it takes at least 3 months for me and the students to get through the entire Basic Grammar textbook. English is key to success, so I encourage everyone to keep learning.
